If you are new to the Panerai community you have probably heard the word Pre-Vendome and Vendome and wondered what they meant. The list below has the models that Panerai made and sold around from around 1993 to the time that Vendome group purchased Panerai around 1997. Most of the buckles on these models are different then the ones normally seen on Panerai’s today but enthusiasts love to purchase Pre-V buckles for their straps.
The watches came in an Oak Box with paperwork but the Slytech models are presented in a slightly larger box and came with a few other tidbits.
The number made of each model is what was supposed to be manufactured but can’t be fully confirmed. The best way to really know is to look at the case back on the models which will be the most accurate.
